Co-owners of All In Aviation, Paul and Lindsay Sallach began their aviation careers at the University of North Dakota, the leading aviation university in the world, graduating with degrees in commercial aviation.
In 2009, they relocated to Las Vegas where Paul started selling pre-owned aircraft with Lone Mountain Aircraft Sales and they started their family. Paul has since been involved in over 650 aircraft transactions and remains active as an aircraft sales broker, and in June of 2016 they launched All In Aviation. In 2017, the Sallachs began working on a 5 acre, 26 hangar development at Henderson Executive Airport which opened in 2020. This new facility brought to Henderson it’s first pilot shop. Paul has been awarded with numerous business and industry accolades, including 2020's "Small Business Person of the Year" for the state of Nevada from the U.S. Small Business Administration, and Vegas Inc's "40 Under 40" in 2021, recognizing the top 40 most influential professionals in Las Vegas. Carl was born and raised in Arizona, and his initial introduction to aviation was at age 13, when he took his first discovery flight in a Cessna 152. While in college at the University of North Dakota he worked as an intern with the City of Phoenix at Sky Harbor International Airport, which solidified his interest in aviation.
Since Carl began flying in 2003, he has built over 16 years experience in the field and has flown over 30 different makes and models of aircraft where he has accumulated over 6,000 hours flying. Most of which are while instructing. In 2019, May relocated to Las Vegas after managing an Arizona based flight school for five years. He has been a Platinum Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot (CSIP) for over ten years and is qualified in both Garmin and Avidyne avionics. |
Stefanie is originally from Indiana where she learned to fly in her dad’s Piper Archer. After receiving her PPL, she moved to Las Vegas to receive her Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from UNLV. She combined her love of aviation and hospitality to pursue a career in helicopter tourism. After her transition into the Cirrus SR20, Stefanie continued to fly with All In and received her instrument rating in 2021. As a client herself, Stefanie knows that going “All In” is the only way fly! She joined this elite team in October 2022 and is excited to continue growing in the aviation industry both professionally and personally.

Presley is a graduate of Northern State University, in Aberdeen, South Dakota, where she earned her Bachelor's in Graphic Design and Sociology. She always had a passion for airplanes but never thought flying was for her. However, after moving to Las Vegas in 2019, Presley decided it was time to invest in aviation. After doing research trying to find what was best, she found All In Aviation where she took her discovery flight and has been hooked since. Presley is currently in checkride prep for her PPL while supervising the AIA Line Staff. When not focusing on aviation, her favorite hobby is lying by the pool on hot days! |
Mary Alice relocated to Las Vegas, from Oklahoma, in 1990 to attend UNLV on a swimming scholarship, where she received her Bachelors Degree in Communications. For over 20 years, she was co-owner of the T-Bird Lounge & Restaurants. After selling the businesses in 2018, she entered the sports industry working for ESPN Events. A 2020 graduate of Leadership Henderson, Mary Alice continues to be active in the local community- currently President of the Las Vegas Bowl Huddle, involved with National Charity League, Young Men's Service League and UNLV. Mary Alice lives in Henderson with her husband, Paul, and their two children, Keegan and Brody. |

Dilakshan has been with All In Aviation since 2019 and is now the Senior/SF50 instructor. He is a Sri Lankan national who moved to Las Vegas in 2015 to complete his flight training. Having completed his CFI training at a 141 program in Las Vegas, he then instructed there after reaching his CFI. His flight time includes 1500 hours of dual instruction given and over 400 hours in the SF50 Vision Jet. Dilakshan continues to work towards his citizenship while sharing his love for aviation by helping clients reach their goals. |
Jake is a graduate of Paradise Valley Community College (PVCC) where he earned his associate degree in general studies and received the PVCC Outstanding Alumni Award. After taking a discovery flight in 2018, Jake was hooked on aviation and enrolled at AeroGuard Flight Training Center in Phoenix, Arizona where he completed all of his flight training and ratings. In March 2022, Przybylski relocated to Southern Nevada and joined All In Aviation. With a long-term goal to fly jets, Przybylski plans to pursue his Gold Seal CFI certification. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring, watching hockey, and reading. |
A Las Vegas native, Stephanie attended the College of Southern Nevada where she earned her Associate of Applied Science in Aviation Technology, and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) where she earned Bachelor degrees in both Economics and Philosophy.
Stephanie fell in love with aviation after her dad, who is also a private pilot, inspired her to take a discovery flight in 2012. Over the next several years she worked to obtain all of her ratings and begin working as a CFII. Stephanie enjoys working in aviation because she loves the personal challenge of “helping clients understand that flying can be fun, safe, and rewarding.” White’s current inspirations are her peers because “we are all trying to ‘make it’ in the industry, and it’s always awesome to see them succeed.” Stephanie is a current member of the Las Vegas Chapter of The 99s, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University! |
Jabessa is a graduate of Southern Utah University (SUU) where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Sciences. Before pursuing a career in aviation, Jabessa spent time as an aircraft mechanic intern working on a diverse fleet of aircraft from the Cirrus SR20 to the Bell 206. During his time at SUU, he obtained all of his certificates and ratings up to his Commercial Pilot Certificate. He continued to further his education at All In Aviation where he earned both his CFI and CFII. Jabessa’s passion for aviation is rooted in the thrill that comes with being able to see the world from a different perspective and having the opportunity to share this perspective with others. When he is not flying, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, working out, boxing, and playing the saxophone.

Noah was raised in Toquerville, a small town in southern Utah. After high school he served a two year service mission in Argentina with the LDS church. Noah is a graduate from Southern Utah University (SUU) where he received a bachelor’s degree it Aerospace and Aviation Science. Prior to moving to Henderson Noah instructed in Prescott Arizona. Noah loves instructing at All In Aviation and enjoys creating memories with both experienced and new pilots alike. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, rock climbing, hiking, and playing board games. |
Ben is a graduate of Utah Valley University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Piloting and commercial pilot certificate in two and a half years and received an award for high academic achievement. Originally from Northern Utah, Farnsworth conducted flight training at ATP Flight Academy and Platinum Aviation before joining Aerotech Aviation as a certified flight instructor. In March 2023, Farnsworth relocated to Southern Nevada and joined All In Aviation. As the first person in his family to pursue a career in aviation, Farnsworth’s sister and cousin plan to follow in his footsteps and also become pilots. He enjoys working in aviation because of the people he gets to meet and teach, as well as taking in all the views while traveling. His advice for those considering becoming a pilot is to “put in the work,” because once you do, “you’ll be able to live the rest of your life doing what you love.”

Flaum originally from Friday Harbor, Washington, always had a dream of becoming a pilot. After graduating from high school, Flaum enrolled at the American Airlines Cadet Academy in San Diego for flight training. He then attended Midwest Corporate Air and Coast Flight Training where he earned his private and commercial pilot licenses, instrument rating and flight instructor certifications. Gavin relocated to Southern Nevada in early 2023, where he joined 702 Aviation as a flight instructor before “going all in” at All In Aviation. He enjoys working as an instructor because he can share his passion with his students and other aviation enthusiasts. To him, it’s “a time where we, as instructors, can cement good habits and develop the next generation of pilots.” With a long-term goal of flying commercial aircraft, Flaum plans to pursue his Gold Seal certification.

Originally from South Korea, Choi's lifelong passion led him to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science & Flight Operation at Korea Aerospace University. During his studies, Choi served as an Instructing Assistant of Initial Training in the Republic of Korea Airforce. After graduating, Choi relocated to Redmond, Oregon where he finished his training at Hillsboro Aero Academy. Working as a ground class, flight, and check instructor, Choi provided safe and comprehensive instruction to trainees in the Ascend Pilot Program. Choi considers himself an aviation pioneer, holding commercial pilot (CPLSE/ME with IR) and flight instructor (CFI/CFII/MEI) certificates, as well as a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Gold Seal Instructor certification. When Choi isn't teaching, he enjoys quality time with his wife and family, and indulging in activities like golfing, playing drums, and watching movies. His love for flying often takes him to different parts of the U.S., Japan, and back home to South Korea. |
Originally from Joplin, Missouri, Harris earned a Bachelor of Science with Magna Cum Laude and honors from Missouri Southern State University. After college, Harris decided to pursue a career in aviation. He embarked on his flight training journey at CAE Oxford, Falcon Field Airport, and later joined the American Airlines Cadet Academy in Arizona, where he successfully earned his commercial pilot license, instrument rating, and flight instructor certifications.
In September 2023, Harris relocated to Las Vegas, to “go all in” with All In Aviation. Harris values meaningful communication with his students, ensuring they feel understood and valued. Harries loves the industry because the views and experiences that aviation offers are unlike any other profession.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Sweetin developed a passion for aviation at a young age. During college, Sweetin studied Biomedical Science at Brigham Young University in Rexburg, Idaho. This inspired him to undergo EMT training at the College of Southern Nevada, leading him to work in Emergency Medical Response. Sweetin later decided to turn his aviation passion into a reality. He attended ATP Flight School in Ogden, Utah, and started his career as a flight instructor at Sheble Aviation before joining All In Aviation. Sweetin enjoys giving back to his community by participating in various service projects. While undergoing flight training in Ogden, Utah, he dedicated his time volunteering at Civil Air Patrol. Currently, he engages in volunteer work at Opportunity Village and Three Square. |
Originally from Oklahoma, Chris Way earned his business degree from the University of Oklahoma and spent thirty years in broadcast television- most recently serving as Vice President and General Manager of KTNV 13 Action News. Since experiencing his first solo flight at the age of 17, aviation has held a special place in Way’s heart. So, after signing off with KTNV in 2022, Way returned to school at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, earning an Aviation Management certificate. Dedicated to serving others, Way is a Trustee of the FBI Las Vegas Citizens Academy Alumni Association and sits on the board of trustees for Honor Flight of Southern Nevada, a nonprofit that honors U.S. veterans from World War II, Korea and the Vietnam War by providing them with free trips to Washington D.C. Additionally, he serves as an honorary commander at Nellis Air Force Base, offering insights to senior Air Force leaders on various initiatives and issues.
