Paul and Lindsay began their aviation careers at the University of North Dakota, graduating with degrees in commercial aviation. They quickly moved to Duluth, MN to provide Cirrus transition training to new aircraft owners as factory instructors. Together, they have accumulated in excess of 7,500 hours of total flight time, 6,000 of which are in Cirrus aircraft, and 5,000 as dual given.
In 2009 they moved to Las Vegas, where Paul started selling pre-owned aircraft with Lone Mountain Aircraft Sales, and Lindsay transitioned her career focus to 'conflict management'. Paul has since been involved in over 400 aircraft transactions and remains active as an aircraft sales broker. They remain involved in their church, lead families through Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University, participate in MOPS, travel often, and enjoy entertaining guests. They are very excited to offer modern, high performance aircraft to All In Aviation clients while introducing them to "The Cirrus Life". |

Tess joined the All In Aviation team in January, 2017 and is now excited to be working at the new Henderson facility. After moving from Los Angeles in 2006, Tess graduated from UNLV with a bachelor's degree in Communications. Tess has an extensive background in customer service and marketing and continues to work to become proficient in the world of aviation, including taking some flight lessons to increase her knowledge base. You can find Tess running around the Flight School and Pilot Shop down at KHND!

Carl was born and raised in Arizona, and his initial introduction to aviation was at age 13, when he took his first discovery flight in a Cessna 152. While in college at the University of North Dakota he worked as an intern with the City of Phoenix at Sky Harbor International Airport, which solidified his interest in aviation.
Since Carl began flying in 2003, he has built over 16 years experience in the field and has flown over 30 different makes and models of aircraft where he has accumulated over 6,000 hours flying. Most of which are while instructing. In 2019, May relocated to Las Vegas after managing an Arizona based flight school for five years. He has been a Platinum Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot (CSIP) for over ten years and is qualified in both Garmin and Avidyne avionics. |
Omar Sura was born and raised right here in Las Vegas, Nevada! Having completed his own training through a 141 program at the North Las Vegas airport, Omar's extensive knowledge of our local airspace shines through in his teaching. With a fascination for aviation that started as a child, Omar also possesses a degree in Aviation Technology. His enthusiasm and passion is obvious from the moment he walks through the door!

Dilakshan is a Sri Lankan national who moved to Las Vegas in 2015 to complete his flight training. Having completed his CFI training at a 141 program in Las Vegas, he then instructed there after reaching his CFI. His flight time include 700 hours of dual instruction given. Dilakshan continues to share his love for aviation by helping clients reach their goals in aviation.

Jonathon started his aviation career earning his CFI certifications in Northern California in 2007. For several years he trained international and domestic students, taking them from private to commercial pilots. Jonathon was then approached with the opportunity to earn his engineering license, and temporarily traded the sky for the sea. Upon returning home he moved to Las Vegas and has since started flying with All In Aviation. When Jonathon isn't flying he can be found in the mountains or on the lake enjoying the outdoors.

Broadrick is a Las Vegas native that comes to us by way of Salt Lake City Utah. At the age of 17 he took a discovery flight in a Cessna 152 and fell in love. Broadrick was hooked and knew that he wanted to pursue a career in aviation. From there he completed his training at Salt Lake international airport and gained some experience teaching in the busy Salt Lake City airspace. In 2020 Broadrick decided it was time for a change and wanted to move closer to his family in Las Vegas. When Broadrick is not flying you can find him playing music, going on walks with his wife and dog, or playing video games with friends.

Chase is originally from Las Vegas and has been living here in Henderson for over 9 years. After getting his private pilots license at North Las Vegas airport, Chase travelled to the University of North Dakota to complete his training and became a CFII. He then taught all different types of flight training along with being a stage pilot for 141 students. Chase graduated in 2019, and after being a CFII for over two years and is now proud to be an official TCI! On his free time Chase likes to exercise with his dog, go off-roading, and work on computers. "I always love meeting new people and look forward to working with you!" -Chase

Nikolay started off his early childhood in eastern Europe, growing up in the coastal region of one of Bulgaria's Major cities, Varna. He and his parents immigrated to the United States in the early 2000’s, and the initial plane ride over sparked Nikolay's passion for aviation. Growing up in the Vegas region the majority of his life, Nikolay enrolled at Rancho High school’s flight program and quickly shot to the top of his class while earning the “Pilot of the Year” award at the age of 17. From there, Nikolay attended the University of North Dakota to pursue a Bachelors of Science in Aerospace degree. Soon after graduating from UND with his Bachelors, Nikolay became a Flight Instructor for the university working his way up through instructing ,to conducting stage checks and ultimately becoming one of the universities few spin/aerobatics rated pilots. In 2020, Nikolay's goals have landed him back home in Las Vegas working for All In Aviation! Aside from his passion for aviation, Nikolay also enjoy building rally cars and show cars for the SEMA conferences and occasionally attending track days. |

Brandon moved to Las Vegas after earning his degree in Economics from James Madison University in Virginia. He was working as a Project Manager for a local pool construction company when he took his first private pilot lesson for fun. After just one lesson, he knew that he needed to make a career change. Brandon completed training at a 141 program in Las Vegas and instructed there after reaching his CFI. He has extensive training in glass cockpits throughout the Las Vegas valley. Brandon loves sharing his passion of flight with his students and helping them to achieve their goals. His hobbies include traveling, running, hiking, and golfing.

An avid aviator since he bought his first airplane, a Cessna 172, over 40 years ago, Mike has flown over 8,000 incident-free hours, including more than 5,000 in his favorite airplane, the Cirrus. He bought his first, an SR20, in 2001, and his second (and last, he says), SR22 N1MR, in 2003. A founding member of the Cirrus Owners and Pilots Association (COPA), Mike became its President in 2002 and President Emeritus in 2007.
Mike is an AGI, IGI, CFI, CFII and Platinum CSIP who especially enjoys instructing - he specializes in Cirrus Transition & Emergency Procedures Training; volunteer flying, and long-distance adventures. |
